Hot Tub In a cold winter landscape, imagine what rejuvenation a hot dip in a spa could offer- at least for your fingers. At 1:10 scale, this in-ground spa better fit my parents backyard. At this point in my life I was fascinated with the hidden layers of infrastructure; drains below floors, buried plumbing and electrical conduits.	Hot Tub The hot tub was kept a standard 105 degrees. Cooler water flowed from the tub to the pumphouse where it ran through an electric heater and was then pumped back up into the tub. To keep the tub clean another housing contained a fine mesh filter and return pump.	Interior Details At night, the tub was lit under the waterline by a lamp in a sealed housing, complete with a formed sheet metal trim.
