Standing above an uneven skyline of trailer roofs, the Atrium embodies a dream. It boldly evidences that all ceilings are a construction in themselves, and can be overcome. Indeed, it is an architectural reference to a day when there seemed to be no limit to the possibilities of combined vision and determination.
